## Pavers

**Can you re-sand paver joints?**
Yes. We remove weeds, moss and stains, then re-sand joints with polymeric sand and can apply a protective sealer. Our most requested service in spring.

**What does paver sealer do?**
It stabilizes joint sand, slows weed regrowth, protects against stains and revives paver colour. Re-applied every 2–3 years.

## Roofs

**Do you pressure wash roofs?**
Never. We only use soft wash (low pressure) with biodegradable solution. High pressure damages shingles and can void the roofing warranty.

**What does soft wash remove from a roof?**
Black algae (Gloeocapsa), moss and lichens that hold moisture and shorten shingle life. The treatment also slows regrowth for several months.

## Siding

**What siding materials can you clean?**
Vinyl, aluminum siding, brick, stucco and fibre cement. Method and pressure are tuned to each material — no streaks, no damage.

**How often should I have my house washed?**
Generally once a year for siding. Shaded walls or walls near trees, prone to moss and algae, may need a more thorough yearly wash.

## Deck / patio

**Can you wash a wood deck without damaging it?**
Yes. We use low pressure tuned to wood to remove greying, algae and mildew without lifting the fibres. For composite, we tune even further.

**Do you stain decks after washing?**
Yes. Washing is the ideal prep step before stain or sealer. We can combine both to protect and revive the wood.

## Windows

**Do you clean interior and exterior windows?**
Mainly exterior windows with a water-fed pole system (streak-free), and interior on request. Often combined with siding washing.

## Gutters

**What's included in gutter cleaning?**
We remove leaves, debris and buildup, check downspout flow and flush. Recommended in spring and fall to prevent backups and water damage.

## Commercial

**Do you offer recurring maintenance contracts?**
Yes — condo boards, property managers, restaurants and businesses: storefront washing, parking lots, sidewalks, gum and graffiti removal, one-off or recurring.

## Christmas lights

**Do you install and remove Christmas lights?**
Yes. We supply, install, maintain and remove Christmas lights in Gatineau. Post-holiday removal is included and storage is available on request.
